The app

Practice sessions run on your device. You do not need an account to coach a session. Theme and progress may be stored on your device. We do not sell personal information.

This website

The marketing site is static. It does not set tracking cookies. If you email us, we keep that message long enough to answer you, and no longer than we need for support.

Store purchases

If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, billing is handled by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card number.
